Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Drubble website, game application, or associated services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by DP Digital Online Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.


1. The Services

Drubble is a word game and content platform provided by DP Digital Online Ltd. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” for entertainment and informational purposes.

2. User Accounts & Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials or third-party OAuth logins (e.g., Google Sign-In) that you use to access the Services.
  • You agree not to disclose your account credentials to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@drubble.uk upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Fair Play & User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of Drubble.

Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Engage in cheating, automated script execution, bot usage, memory manipulation, or exploitation of game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, server infrastructure, or user accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, network performance, or security of the Services.
  • Transmit any offensive, harassing, or harmful content via usernames or public profile fields.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding user-generated nicknames), game design, source code, graphics, branding, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DP Digital Online Ltd. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and international jurisdictions. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements served by network providers (such as Google AdSense). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or advertisers. You acknowledge and agree that DP Digital Online Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content or services.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-game account settings or by contacting support@drubble.uk. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and your personal data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

DP Digital Online Ltd does not warrant that:
a) The Services will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location;
b) Any errors or defects will be corrected;
c) The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components;
d) The results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DP Digital Online Ltd, its directors, employees, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
